1. Pro Shop Attendant
Friendly, outgoing, customer service oriented person wanted for part time work in pro shop. Duties include helping to run indoor golf league, arrange retail displays, book tee times and appointments, and assist in the overall operation of the indoor learning center.
Starting wage is $8 per hour with bonus opportunities based on experience and performance.

2. Teaching Professional / Custom Clubfitter
General: Ben’s POWER GOLF learning center, a privately owned learning center located at Fairview Golf Course in Lebanon, is seeking a qualified teaching professional and custom club fitter.
Requirements: Candidates must have a love for the game and a passion for teaching it. The “Head Teaching Assistant” will serve as the teacher, club fitter, and customer service representative for the facility by providing golf instruction for members and guests, assisting in the coordination and execution of golf schools, clinics, and junior golf programs during the golf season.
Facility:
- Fairview Golf Course offers a full service driving range with 17 artificial turf hitting areas, natural grass putting green, short game area and bunker, and private teaching tee & instructional area.
- Indoor swing simulator and launch monitor ideal for inclement weather, clubfitting analysis, and on course playing lessons.
- Video suite with high-speed cameras, state of the art videotape analysis machine, and video printer.
- Full access to all clubfitting systems including the Henry – Griffitts fitting system and compensation with their use. (see commission schedule in compensation outline)
Promotional & Administrative Benefits:
- Marketing & Advertising: Ben’s POWER GOLF will coordinate and supply all promotional advertising for Head Teaching Assistant via web site, email, direct mail, newspaper, magazine, radio & TV advertising.
- Administrative: Ben’s POWER GOLF will provide full administrative assistance via a pro shop manager, marketing and administrative assistant. The administrative assistant will help book appointments, recruit students, and maintain advertising programs as outlined by management and Head Teaching Assistant.
Compensation:
- Individual Private Lessons:
Instructor receives 50% of the net instructional fee per session.
- Clubfitting
Instructor is paid $10 for every completed clubfitting*
- Club Sales Commission
Instructor is paid 10% commission on sales price of qualified club sales
